Once completed, questionnaire should be returned back to Sales@Enhancedturbo.co.uk where our specialist technicians will study the information received and then respond with technical advice to try to resolve the issue without need to remove, or if a return to base warranty claim is required.

Should a return to base warranty claim be initiated, the unit would be required to be removed and returned to Enhanced Turbo at your own cost. The units must NOT be disassembled whatsoever.

Following arrival, the unit will be inspected in house by our specialist technicians within 7 working days to identify the cause of the reported issue with a report of findings produced with photographic evidence.

In the event a warranty claim is rejected for any reason not covered by the supplied warranty, the warranty report will include a cost of repair.
